Eya weaves somatic experiencing, manual lymphatic drainage, breathwork, sound & energy healing, and attunement, so your body can unwind and truly rest & move towards homeostasis.
We’ll gently track what’s happening in your body — the signals, impulses, holding patterns, and protective strategies like tension, collapse, shutdown, anxiety, or burnout. Through pacing, curiosity, and touch, your body is given the space it needs to unwind, integrate, and reorganize.
