Your First Session: Education & Deep Release
Your journey begins with a personalized consultation and assessment. Holly will explore both physical and emotional contributors to your TMJ concerns, guiding you through targeted exercises to promote lasting relief.
Since the jaw is deeply connected to the hips, spine, and posture, this session includes work on:
✔️ The hips and back to restore alignment
✔️ Optional cupping for deeper tension release
✔️ Specialized intraoral buccal massage (gloved) to release jaw trigger points
✔️ Face sculpting massage & Craniosacral therapy for nervous system regulation
Follow-Up Sessions for Lasting Relief
For optimal results, follow-up sessions are recommended. These can be 60 or 90 minutes and focus on deepening the work from your first session.
