About Holly

Holly created Lymph Lyft in 2018 after personally experiencing the powerful benefits of lymphatic drainage and being deeply inspired by her travels through South America. Her passion for wellness began at a young age, after losing her father to cancer at age eleven and navigating her own health challenges. Drawn to holistic methods to bring the body into harmony, she began studying integrative wellness and bodywork early in life.

Her journey started with energy work in 2006, practicing on friends and family, and later formalized her training at Ke Kino Massage Academy in 2015. There, she fell in love with a variety of healing modalities, though her deepest focus remains lymphatic therapy and TMJ work.

Holly’s training includes Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Brazilian Sculpting, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Lypossage, Visceral Abdominal Massage, Stretch Therapy, Thai, Bamboo, Intra-Oral Buccal Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Neo Emotional Release.

While every Lymph Lyft session is grounded in foundational techniques, no two are ever the same—each session is intuitively adapted to meet your body’s unique and evolving needs.

It is Holly’s honor to serve you on your healing journey.

About Eya

After graduating from massage therapy school in 2021, I had the incredible honor of training with Holly, the founder of Lymph Lyft. She welcomed me with open arms and shared her unique method and wisdom. Her mentorship has shaped my approach and I carry her teachings with deep gratitude.

My love for lymphatic work blossomed as I saw how powerful it is—not just for physical relief, but for helping people reconnect with their bodies, feel lighter, and release the stress and stagnation we often hold onto.

To me, lymphatic drainage is more than a physical detox—it’s a gentle, holistic practice that supports the body’s natural healing, soothes the nervous system, and invites more flow, balance, and ease.

Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to your body’s unique needs. I listen deeply to what your body is communicating and work with it to support the release of stagnation—energetically, emotionally, and physically. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and rooted in the belief that healing happens naturally when we create a safe space for our bodies to unfurl.

In addition to lymphatic drainage, I’m trained in somatic experiencing therapy, Reiki, and sound healing. If any of these resonate, I’d love to weave them into your session. I look forward to being apart of your healing journey.
